Carriage is to Mainland UK and excludes Highlands & islands and N.Ireland.    Please e-mail for carriage cost to other destinations before purchasing

A contact name and phone number is required when ordering, along with full delivery address including building number / name, street name, town and area code. PO boxes are not acceptable for items sent with our courier. 

Goods will be dispatched Mon ? Fri only, between hours 08.30 and 15.30.

Items ordered after 15.30 Mon ? Fri or Sat / Sun, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns

Goods received damaged must be advised to us within 24 hours of receipt and the courier delivery note must be signed as damaged. Please message us via eBay in the first instance to notify us of intention to return goods. Please enclose the original invoice. Returns are accepted within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. Return carriage must be paid by the buyer and a 15% reduction of the price paid to cover eBay and PayPal fees will be deducted. A refund will be issued as long as the item and packaging are still in resalable condition and the item has not been fitted.
