Our preferred payment method is PayPal. We also accept cheque, postal orders, bank transfer and cash on collection. Payment is to be made within 7 days of sale.
Shipping Information
Your item will be shipped within 24 hours by 1-2 Working days courier, with the exception of the most Northern parts of Scotland which are 2-3 days delivery. Delivery details will be sent to the email address you have registered with eBay on processing of your order. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and accurate. Providing a contact telephone number is also helpful for Courier deliveries.

Delivery Address - PayPal Payments
Goods can only be dispatched to the delivery address given on PayPal. The goods cannot be sent to addresses given in separate emails. If you require delivery to a different address please change the address on the order details page prior to signing into PayPal to pay for the order.
Returns policy
At Lexx Trike we are committed to ensuring our customers are not just happy but delighted with the quality and value of our products and services.
We fully comply with distance selling regulations which mean you can return any item within 30 days of purchase (often referred to as the ?cooling off period?) for any reason for a full refund including initial outward post and packaging costs) however this does not include the buyers return postage costs for sending the item back to ourselves.
If any goods are returned unwanted or incorrectly ordered by you, we will either exchange or refund provided that all goods are returned in a perfect, salable condition within 30 days.
If any bike is received back in an abused/neglected and or dirty state or with no regard to protect it during transit we will simply return the bike back to you.
If it is found to be a genuine fault of manufacture (not accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, something that can be adjusted, or a part that can be changed), we will usually either repair or replace it for free of charge. In some cases we may offer a full refund.
Items not received/damage in transit
All parcels are insured against loss or damage. For courier deliveries you will be informed of delivery day. If the item is not received on this day please contact us straight away so that we can carry out necessary investigations. In the event that an item is received damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will, where possible, replace the damaged part. If required we will collect and replace the item as quickly as possible to minimise inconvenience. Failure to contact us within the timescale may void your claim of damage in transit.
