This finely detailed dog sculpture is also carefully hand-painted to give it a more lifelike appearance. Owing to its aesthetic elegance, the Lying Doberman Figurine is sure to catch the fancy of any dog lovers as well as Doberman enthusiasts.

This Doberman figurine is a newly made reproduction from a somewhat vintage mold which has probably been used since the '70s or '80s. In those days, a large quantity of dog figurines was produced in Japan and exported worldwide under various brand names, such as Shafford, Napco or Lefton... Those manufacturers now no longer exist. However, some of their casting molds have been passed down and some dog breeds are still made in a small way in a small factory run by a husband and wife team, where this Doberman figurine was also made.
