RETURNS are accepted within 14 days for refund (minus any postage costs incurred by ourselves) subject to the following:-  The goods must not be damaged or marked in any way / The goods returned must be in original and complete packaging, including all accessories as supplied. / A full refund cannot be given for incomplete, damaged or marked goods returned. / Special orders or customised items cannot be returned unless defective upon receipt. / The cost of returning cancelled goods will be at your expense. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover for loss or damage.

The 60 DAY RETURN TO BASE WARRANTY is only applicable on fixed price items over £300 ? and excludes consumables like Valves, Projector Bulbs, Cartridges etc. For warranty issues please contact us, and return it using a fully insured and trackable service. If cost effective we will repair the item, if not then a full refund will be issued. All work must be carried out through Zip Audio. Under no circumstances will we warrant or cover any unauthorised third party repairs, this will automatically invalidate the terms of the warranty.

CUSTOMS & EXCISE:  All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's laws. It is important to understand that, if duties and taxes are assessed on an item we send you, they are collected from the recipient. Postage is charged to cover the expense of delivery only. Postage does not cover charges assessed by customs in any destination country. Also we cannot alter the value of items for customs purposes, as this invalidates our courier insurance.
