Refunds are accepted with this item. Refunds must be notified within 30 days of purchase via Ebay message 

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND ABOUT A PRODUCT

Product must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging

We will deduct the postage cost and refund you the rest e.g if your item was £10 and shipping was £3, we will deduct the shipping cost and refund you £7

You will be required to send the product back and pay for your own postage

IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY

In the rare instance that this happens we will be happy to give you a FULL REFUND 

You will have to either email us a picture of the faulty item or send it back, whichever you prefer

Shipping

We ship to any country across the world.

Shipping methods differ for different countries and so do the delivery times.

UK SHIPPING: 

We use 3 different methods for domestic shipping. 

Royal Mail 2nd class - this usually takes between 3 to 5 working days and is the cheapest of the options

Royal Mail 1st Class - this usually takes between 1 to 3 working days and is a reasonable price

Royal Mail 1st class Next day delivery signed - this takes 1 working day to be delivered. 

As with all shipping processes this is only an estimate by Royal mail so we can not guarantee that they will reach there on the exact day, unless you use the next day signed for method. We only ship Monday to Friday so if you choose next day delivery on Friday your item will be with you on Monday.

Spend £30 or more and shipping 1st class will be completely free!!

 EUROPE

We use a standard Royal Mail Service for all European Countries with a fee of £4.50, however if you spend over £30 delivery is free! 

For Most EU countries the average delivery time is 4-12 days

For Germany, Norway, Russia, Italy, Slovenia, Slovakia the average delivery time is 5-17 days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We understand fashion has no boundaries and we have many international customers. We offer a flat fee of £5.50 for any country outside of Europe however if you spend over £30 shipping is totally free!! 

For Israel, Australia, USA, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan and Canada the average delivery time is 8-20 days

For south America the average delivery time is 16-30 days

For India, Turkey, the Middle East the average delivery time is 14-30 days

Please note the above are just estimates and packages usually arrive quicker.

 Any order placed before 1pm will be posted same day unless its on Saturday or Sunday.
