We offer combined / discounted shipping if purchasing more than a few items. Go ahead and make your purchases, but DO NOT Checkout or Make Payment. Just request an invoice and we will combine your items on one invoice and update the shipping charges. After you receive your invoice you can continue to check out and make your payment as always. We try our best to get you the best shipping deal possible.
Please read the description of the items that you are purchasing and this will tell you when the items will ship. Most items will ship the next business day. There are a few items that will ship in 5 business days. We ship most items via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Please make special arrangements if you need your items faster – example Next Day Air.
We do accept returns on items that you are not happy or satisfied with. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon. All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery to you. After we receive your items, it can take up to 5 days for us to refund your money back to PayPal or your credit card. We will credit you back the cost of the product only, unless other arrangements have been made regarding the shipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise.
