The “Vertex” collection of chrome wall mounted accessories includes a wide range of caddies, baskets and other bathroom fixtures, all easily applied to smooth, non-porous surfaces such as tiles, via the innovative Super Suction system. It even works on most other surfaces when used with the self adhesive mounting discs.

Please Note: The Super Suction system works best on smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glass and some tiles in order to create a strong vacuum bond, ideal for showers and around baths. For porous, rough surfaces, we recommend using the self adhesive chrome mounting disc, which will allow our Super Suction accessories to be used on almost any surface.

Suctionloc is an innovative range of wall mounted suction Bathroom Accessories, exclusive to Showerdrape.

The Suctionloc collection of chrome wall mounted accessories includes a wide range of caddies, baskets, and other bathroom fixtures, all easily applied to smooth, non-porous surfaces such as tiles, via the innovative Super Suction system. It even works on most other surfaces when used with the self adhesive clear mounting disc.

Installation couldn’t be easier ---- simply place the product in the desired position, press the Suctionloc button (centre of the product) and a strong vacuum will be created within the suction cup and the product will be secured.

And here is the really clever bit --- unlike some systems, Suctionloc products are intelligent solutions that let you know when to re-apply the product to maintain maximum holding power (see diagram). As soon as the red line indicator starts to show, simply re-apply the product.

Where the Suctionloc product can be installed : non porous, untextured material such as smooth tiles, glass and mirror (see table).

Some surfaces will NOT allow a vacuum to be formed, please check the table below. Suctionloc should be used on smooth, non porous tiles, glass or mirror. If you are intending to use Suctionloc on grouting, textured and porous tiles, simply purchase a Suctionloc Adhesive Clear Disc for the perfect result!

We're here from 9am until 5pm Monday - Friday. We do our very best to respond to enquiries outside of office hours.

Are your products in stock?

Yes, we have a large warehouse and we ship from the warehouse directly to you.

Are you a UK based seller?

Yes, we're in Manchester and every product comes from our UK head office.

What's your return policy?

We have a 14 day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition & packaging. The organising & cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I pay over the phone?

Sadly not, all purchases must go through eBay and paid for via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase.

Is Delivery Free?

Yes, unless you would like an expedited delivery service, or if you live in an area that isn't classed as UK Mainland.

Returns

Should you wish to return your item to us for any reason, please contact us first through eBay and we will try our utmost to resolve any issue with your order.

We will accept returns/refunds within 14 days of purchase.

In order for us to accept a return, we will require that you to print off postage labels that we send to you.

Please re-pack the item with care using all original packaging and enclose the invoice.

Return postage will be paid by the buyer in all cases unless there is a manufacturing fault or the order is damaged in transit.

If you feel that your item is defective, we will require photographic evidence in ALL cases before authorising a refund.

If the item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing error we will arrange for collection through one of our carriers, please do not return the item to us yourself.

If you are returning the item to us for a reason other than a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of postage.

Upon receipt of the item, we shall refund the cost of the item after checking the item thoroughly.
