Functional Defects: Within the first 30 days of receipt, a prepaid return label will be provided for any device with a functional defect and a full refund will be granted after the phone is inspected. Items that are returned and found to be in working condition will have a 10% restocking fee and the shipping cost deducted from the refund.
All accessories that were included must be returned. Items must be in the same physical condition as received.
