Delivery
All orders despatched same working day if ordered before 2pm. For Next Day delivery order before 2pm Mon-Thurs. Next Day orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be despatched same day for MONDAY delivery. Next Day orders placed after 2pm Friday will be despatched Monday for TUESDAY delivery.
Orders are shipped FREE and TRACKED via HERMES (Standard delivery), TRACKED via UK Mail (Next Day delivery) or Specialist Courier (large items / pre-assembled cabinets).
Returns
Should you wish to return your item to us for any reason, please contact us first through eBay and we will try our utmost to resolve any issue with your order.
We will accept returns/refunds within 30 days of purchase.
In order for us to accept a return, we will require that you to print off postage labels that we send to you.
Please re-pack the item with care using all original packaging and enclose the invoice.
Return postage will be paid by the buyer in all cases unless there is a manufacturing fault or the order is damaged in transit.
If you feel that your item is defective, we will require photographic evidence in ALL cases before authorising a refund.
If the item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing error we will arrange for collection through one of our carriers, please do not return the item to us yourself.
If you are returning the item to us for a reason other than a manufacturing fault, you are responsible for the cost and arrangement of postage.
Upon receipt of the item, we shall refund the cost of the item after checking the item thoroughly.
By purchasing any items, you are agreeing to our return policy details and we will not accept any returns nor will we refund any money unless ALL of our policies are adhered to.
