By participating in this auction, the bidder understands and agrees to eBay's terms of service as well as all terms and conditions mentioned here. All items are sold “as-is”. Most of our items are sold ‘used’ or ‘vintage’, and they will show their age by usage, handling, etc. some items will be ‘new’, as stated. Pictures best describe condition and are considered part of the description of the item.
PAYMENT Payment by PayPal is required within (3) business days of the auction close. NO OTHER payment is accepted. Failure to deliver payment within the designated time will result in an Un-paid item claim and we may select the next highest bidder.
SHIPPING
I ship FedEx Ground or USPS, whichever is the least
expensive. I will gladly combine shipping on multiple items. Combined
shipping is available on most items. Please ask for a combined invoice with a
shipping discount before making payment. Items will ship to your confirmed
PayPal address unless otherwise noted. I ship safely and securely, but I am not
responsible for item once it has been shipped. Ask about Insurance, if you
desire that service. Shipments to
RETURNS All sales are final. Please check the description, photos, sizing, and details of the item(s) carefully. For clothing auctions, different designers' sizes may not fit true-to-size, so please bid accordingly. Only those items clearly misrepresented will be issued a refund. We do not refund or accept returns for ‘buyer’s remorse’. We must be notified within 2 days of receiving item for a refund to be granted. All refunds will be sent after item is returned in the same condition it was sold. We will notify you of the refund status after we receive the item. If refunds are granted, shipping will be excluded.
CONDITION OF ITEMS Except if specified as "New with Tags", all items may be subject to light or gentle signs of wear which will be described to the best of our ability, though it is possible some details of wear were not noticed. Please look at all photos carefully as they are part of the item description.
