Returns accepted up to 14 days of receiving the item, any problems please contact us and we will ensure to deal efficiently. Buyer pays return postage to address provided.
We aim to dispatch all orders UK, European & Worldwide same day or within 1 working day of receiving, we do not dispatch on weekends.
UK Customers: We dispatch all our orders via a "Royal Mail 48" service, in most cases your item will arrive in the next 3-5 working days, however please note during busy periods (Christmas etc.) these delivery times can alter so please allow up to 10 days for your order to be delivered.
European & Worldwide Customers: We dispatch all our orders via "Royal Mail International Standard" service. We would advise to all customers all customers to purchase "Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed" at an additional cost to ensure they can track their items. The estimated delivery times can at times be misleading, please allow two weeks for European delivery & 3 weeks for Worldwide i.e (Australia, USA).
