This is an absolutely gorgeous, vintage, amethyst and diamond ring crafted from solid .950 platinum. The ring features a stunning, oval cut, amethyst solitaire prong set at its center displaying zones of very rich purple and pink colors. The amethyst weighs approximately 7.95 carats and is accented with a three diamond cluster on each side. All 6 diamonds are very fine quality with near-colorless F/G color and loupe-clean VS2 clarity. The very well made platinum mounting contributes to the ring's magnificent style with its simple yet unique gallery.
