· Our Standard freight is for courier service only, If your address is PO BOX, please pay for “AusPost Tracking” service.
· If you are not reachable during the business hours, please pay for “AusPost Tracking” service. if no one accept the parcel at your address postman will leave the parcel in the local post office for you to pick up.
· $2 insurance is an option which is separate from shipping cost, it covers you in case the item gets lost or damaged in transit which is highly recommend as parcels sometimes do get damaged or lost by post or the courier companies.
Delivery: We prefer to ship items with couriers, please provide your address that you are available during the business hours. If the receiver is not available when the courier attempts to deliver, re-delivery fee may be charged.

1) We will accept a return within 14 Days of invoice, providing the item has a fault or is not as described. Returned items must be checked and tested to confirm the fault before we issue a full refund or replacement.
