This is a brand new pair of genuine BMW LED front corner Lamps for a BMW E63 or E64 LCI 6 Series 2008-2011.  I do not know if you can retrofit these to a 2004-2007 but I can tell you we sell lots of them to those owners.  Please do your due diligence before purchasing.
