·         Please include a note stating your name, item number and Ebay user id so we can locate the correct transaction from these details. Once the payment has been cleared (may take upto 3 working days), the order will then be dispatched. 

·         Payment must be received within 5 days of making purchase otherwise an unpaid item case will be opened on Ebay.

Delivery

·         We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day after the payment has been cleared. The couriers we use include Royal Mail, Hermes and DPD.

·         Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within the UK before contacting us as the parcel may be delayed in transit due to various reasons especially in the Christmas/New Year period. If the order has still not been delivered, please send us a message via the Ebay messaging system and we will aim to respond within 24 hours.

·         Please note, we may not be able to dispatch certain products to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other remote areas due to size or weight of the items. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated in the listing of that particular product.

·         It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address on the order is correct before placing the order. Orders will be dispatched to the address on your Ebay account. If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has been placed, please send us a message through the Ebay messaging system and we may be able to change the address if the order has not been shipped.

·         If your order has been sent through Hermes and DPD, they may attempt to deliver multiple times if the delivery is unsuccessful after one attempt. If the order has been sent via Royal Mail and you are not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, it will then be taken to your local Royal Mail depot where it will be awaiting collection. If this is the case, the courier will leave a card with the relevant details. If you miss the delivery and the order is returned back to us, a re-delivery charge will apply for the order to be sent again.

·         Please keep the packaging of the item when you receive it as it can be used if the item needs to be returned back to us for any reason.

·         If you have received damaged goods, please notify us immediately so we can investigate this.

Returns 

·         We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, please contact us within 30 days of placing the order and we will provide you with the return instructions. With our hassle-free return, we want your online shopping experience to be risk free.

·         If the item is defective, please contact us and we will aim to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved then we will provide you with the return instructions. Please ensure that the item is packaged appropriately so it does not get damaged in transit. If we receive the item back in a condition which it should not be in, a refund or replacement may not be processed.

·         If you believe the item is not as described, please contact us and this will be investigated further.

·         If you have changed your mind and no longer require the product, we will not be liable to refund the postage cost incurred in sending the item back to us.  Also, in this case, we will not be responsible if the order has been delivered back to us in a damaged condition. If the order has been delivered to us damaged, a refund may not be processed.
