Latham's Steel Security Door ranges are manufactured with Hooply Hardware. Having such a close partnership allows us to retail all of Hooply's products, at the very best prices. All locks are universally handed; the latches can be reversed using a switch function on the lock (apart from lock #32). Hooply Lock Case (Code ST8#)
The most popular hooply lock case, found in most container doors and steel doors with multi point locking systems (10 point, 12 point, 15 point and 19 point locking doors). A genuine Hooply lock, be wary of immitations in the market.

Hooply HL11 Lock Case
This alternative hooply lock case replaces the 3 centre shoot bolts with 1 rectangular shoot bolt. It can be fitted to any door fitted with the standard hooply lock case as the fitment / dimensions are the same; just check the strike plate / receiver will accept the larger rectangle bolt.

Panic Escape Lock Case (Code ST32#)
The panic escape hooply lock case is manufactured using the ST11# security lock case, but with an added panic escape function. This function allows the door to be unlocked internally buy the internal lever handle being pushed down. This lock need a split spindle (or a spindle, simply cut in half). It is essential that this lock is handed to suit your door, otherwise the panic escape function will be on the outside handle! Please let us know LH or RH in the notes section of the order when you add this to your basket.

Lock Case (Code 33# - Latham's Ultra Door lock)
This lock case uses a different fitment to the 3 types mentioned above. Please refer to the CAD drawing with this image to ensure this will fit your door. We fit this lock as standard to our Latham's Ultra Door range.

Side Lock / Lateral Lock - Option 1 (Code LSSD-SL)
This is the side lock fitted to our Latham's 'standard duty' and 'heavy duty' steel security door ranges. This is an integral part of the multi point locking system, hooking into the internal rods, and working from the action of the main lock case. Sold per single unit (not a pair).
Side Lock / Lateral Lock - Option 2 (Code 502A#)
This is another style of side lock offered by Hooply. Please check the dimensions in the CAD to see if this is suitable for your door. Sold per single unit (not a pair).
Side Lock / Lateral Lock - Option 3 (LSSD-ULT-SL)
This is the side lock fitted to our Latham's 'ultra duty' steel security door range. Also an integral part of the ultra door multi point locking system, hooking into the internal rods, and working from the action of the main code #33 lock case

We do our very best to see that our customers are happy with their purchases. However, should you wish to return your order for any reason, please read the following:
- • Returns are accepted if they are sent back to us in the original packaging, in undamaged condition, within 30 days of receipt.
- • All goods MUST be inspected for any damage in accordance with our Delivery Policy, and we kindly request that any claims for damage be reported via email to us within 48 hours of receipt but within a maximum of 30 days from receipt. Where there is evidence of damage to the outer transit packaging you must mark the delivery as “Damaged“ when signing for it.
- • Should you choose to return your order for reasons other than damage/defect, please contact us for a returns form.
- • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of any returned items.
How many keys come with the door?
• Personnel steel doors come with 3 keys as standard with a euro profile tradelock cylinder. Upgraded 1* and 3* cylinders come with 3 keys too.
• Fire exit doors ordered with an Exidor 200 series 302 or 322 outside access device come with 3 keys.
Additional keys are available to purchase; we have a key cutting machine on-site. We also offer a key alike system, allowing you to use the same key for multiple doors.
How much do the doors weigh?
• Standard duty doors weigh on average 40kg*
• Heavy duty doors weigh on average 85kg*
• Ultra duty doors weigh on average 95kg*
• Double doors weigh on average 110kg*

Is quantity discount available?
We apply combined shipping rules against all of our doors. After the first door is added to your basket, additional doors are delivered at £25.00+VAT
For orders containing 5 doors or more, we can negotiate more competitive delivery rates
What are the door sizes? What is the clear opening?
• The sizes listed are external frame sizes. We recommend leaving a 5mm gap around the door frame for adjustments when fitting.
• We offer side panels and over panels if you need to add to the width or height of the door. We also offer a cut down service to reduce the height of the door
• To calculate the clear opening (when the door is open), subtract 135mm from the width dimension. E.G. 895mm-135mm=760mm clear opening
