Written in script, the word "Congratulations," delicately made of a brass-colored, thin, flattened metal, may adorn and finish-off your gift with that "little extra touch" as a Tie-On for your package, or this hanging decoration may be hung where you please, on a Christmas Tree as an ornament, or it may be used as a special bookmark. May hang from a desk display hanger for everyday enjoyment, as well. Has the ability to "hook/hang" from either side with a larger-sized hook on one end and a smaller on the other. This item measures 4.75-Inches in Length. Made in China Exclusively for Department 56, Inc., Eden Prairie, MN, USA. This line was released in 2000. A Decorative Article Only, Not a Toy.
