After you complete a purchase you will automatically receive a message on your eBay account from us with the instructions and link to system that will allow you to upload a design for your purchase. We are the only company on eBay with a powerful technology and a custom made software to control, monitor every aspect of order. We believe automation is a key to the future so this is why any human work we replace with the automated system to delivery your order to you quicker. Our system will message you an automated message with a link to a specialised system that will handle the upload and submission of your artwork, store the file and link to your order. Don't wait days to get in touch from other sellers have your order made right now by us. | Buyer is responsible to provide a graphic after payment is complete (please make sure that the file provided for the print is high resolution as a banner is a large format print. If a file is low resolution your print could become pixelated. We also recommend not to have any text around the edges of a banner due to the eyelets being punch on the banner (recommended 3cm safe zone around the the edge)
Accepted file formats: PDF, AI, EPS, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, GIF Simple free artwork designing as standard. Simple text banners or images can be added but they will need to be supplied. Please see the best requirements for the artwork: For best print quality banner files should be submitted at 72 dpi resolution. Banners viewed from a distance may be submitted at lower resolutions and will appear clear. Depending on the distance the banner is being viewed from we recommend the following resolution of 72 dpi.

We will print your order within 24 working hours* Banners above 2 ft wide may get folded for a better shipping rates, if you do not wish your banners to be folded please contact us as we can change a courier for you which will deliver wide parcels at extra/additional delivery charge passed on to you. Most of our order where possible will be dispatched using Royal Mail or myHermes service and we dispatch between Monday - Friday. We will use a box, tube or an envelope or bubble wrapped depending on what is available and better at the time of posting. | If at any time before the order is printed you change your mind please contact us for a full refund, we will be here to help. If you change your mind after your order is printed we will charge 50% production fee, so no full refund will be made due to cost we will occur in manufacturing such a banner for you. |
