Vintage Dremel Shoe Shine Buffer Polisher Model 775 Working Condition

Tested and works, last photo shows it in action.

There is some light oxidation to the chrome finish shown in photos. Looks like there was a piece of tape on it at one time and it removed part of the chrome finish.
