No instructions provided however they are attached as a picture, easy to use once you are used to setting it up. A FEW PEOPLE HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING TO SET TO MPH, THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW DO NOT SHOW HOW TO SET MPH INSTEAD OF KMH.

Press center button to scroll through each function. Look in the bottom middle display it will either show time or temperature. Scroll using center button untill it shows temperature.

Then hold left hand button for a couple of seconds until display changes and the temperature unit c or f starts flashing. You can then use the right hand button to change the units the temp is in. Then press the left hand button when you have selected the correct unit you want.

Repeat using the left button to accept and move onto the next step and right button to change units or go up 1,2,3,4 etc for wheel diameter.

After setting the temp unit, and pressing left button it goes onto 12 or 24 hr. after that setting the time followed by the wheel diameter.
