We ship to the UK and the rest of the world. We use Royal Mail for smaller items under 2kg and a courier service for larger, heavier items.
Despatch
Our despatch time is 2 working days after receiving payment. Working days are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm, excluding bank holidays.
Delivery
Delivery is up to 3 working days for the UK, up to 7 working days for Europe, and up to 15 working days for the rest of the world. Please note delivery time is in addition to despatch time. Deliveries are made to the address registered on your PayPal account, please check this is correct before purchasing.
International Customs Duties/Taxes
For international items, additional customs duties/taxes may apply. Please note we are unable to take responsibility for this or any associated delays as it is out of our control. For more information about how your item will be handled by customs please contact your country’s customs office who will be able to help.
Collection in person is welcome with prior agreement. Please note due to PayPal rules requiring items to have traceable online shipping we are unable to accept PayPal payments for items that are being collected.
All our items come very well packed. We use strong, high quality packing materials and take upmost care when packing to ensure everything is as well protected as possible for a safe and secure transit. Also to do our bit for the environment we reuse packaging where possible as long as it is good enough quality.
If you need to return your item, we offer a 30 day full refund service. You can return the item for any reason during this time, all we ask is that the item is returned in its original condition and original packaging. Refunds exclude the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
