RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with the
item(s) you have ordered for any reason and would like to arrange a refund
or exchange, please contact us. We will be happy to issue you a full refund or
exchange the item(s), provided that you return the item(s) to us in its original condition i.e. unworn,
unwashed. Please do not use the item if you not happy. Please contact us prior
to returning an item.
In the event of returning goods purchased, P&P
costs are non-refundable
and the return cost is the responsibility of the customer.
However, upon those
rare occasions where you may receive a faulty, damaged or defective item from us, or we send out an
incorrect item, we will be happy to process a full refund or exchange
and reimburse your cost of returning the item(s) back
to us.
CUSTOMER NOTE:
Although we
aim to provide you with accurate information regarding fitting/sizing,
please be aware that different brands/styles can vary
in measurements/fitting. This is beyond our control, but we will be happy to exchange
any items if they are not of a suitable fitting.
