You are bidding on a lot containing 3 Books.  The books are a 3 Volume Complete Set of VG hardcovers in dust jackets, First U. S. Editions, EARLY Printings of The Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien.

Published by Houghton Mifflin in the 1950s. .  These are reprints from the 1960s as described below

The Fellowship of the Ring, Volume ONE of the Lord of the Rings, 15th Printing, Book is in VG Condition, Map intact, DJ is in VG- Condition with some general used edgewear. 

The Two Towers, Volume TWO of the Lord of the Rings, 12th Printing,  Book is in VG condition, Map intact, DJ is in Good Condition with general used wear particularly the edges.

The Return of the King, Volume THREE of the Lord of the Rings, 10th Printing, Book is in VG Condition, Map intact, DJ is in VG- Condition with some general used edgewear and chips out of the spine of the dj as shown.

Books are all in VG condition with some light edgewear. No writing, tears etc.......   The Dust Covers are all in VG condition with some light edgewear.
