SHIPPING:

All packages will be shipped the following business day after payment has cleared. Exceptions can be made upon request for expedited or overnight delivery if needed.

On certain listings shipping cost is calculated to your zip code through the Ebay / USPS website calculator, using estimated packaged weight of the item as well as accounting for shipping insurance and actual packaging costs.

RETURNS:

Item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

We will refund the amount paid for your purchase, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges.

If UPS damage occurs through handling, A claim will need to be filed/approved by the shipping company before a refund is made. Please contact me in this situation I will assist you with the claims process. See chart below for DOA warranty due to damage in shipping.
