Supplying vehicle details

Once you have placed and order, you will need to supply your vehicle details. the units we sell are mapped specifically to your engine and these details will enable us to supply the correct maps, connectors and instructions.

The following details are required.

• Vehicle make and model
• Year of manufacture
• Engine size
• Power output (bhp, ps or kw)

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all items the same day when possible.

Shipping to the UK will usually be delivered within 2 days of shipping.

Overseas shipping can take up to 10 working days depending on the local delivery service.

To enable us to ship your item we will need your vehicle details.

Please confirm the make, model, year of manufacture, engine size and power out when placing your order.

UK and Ireland customers can also supply their registration numbers.

Shipping is sent via Royal Mail or DHL.

Payment options

Our preferred payment option is paypal.

If you don't have a paypal account you can use the paypal checkout to pay via debit/credit card.

Paypal checkout also accepts American Express.

Returns

We offer a 28 day money back guarantee with all products.

All we ask is that you contact us before sending back the item as we may be able to offer a simple solution.

Product Warranty

As well as the 28 day money back guarantee, we provide a 2 year warranty on the product. If the item develops a fault within the warranty period, we will cover the costs of repairing or replacing the item. the terms of the warranty will be supplied with each item.

Vehicle Warranty

Warranty terms and conditions vary considerably from manufacturer to manufacturer, however most manufacturers take a dim view of any modification which increases power output. Fortunately unlike a remap our products are 100% removable without a trace of fitting. If you remove your tuning box before your vehicle goes in for servicing or warranty work, your warranty should not be affected in any way.
