About Us

We appreciate your questions and will do our best to answer them promptly. We know how to pack, using the proper materials to best protect your purchase. Occasionally, we pack lots of fragile items, like a dinner service, and may choose to ship in multiple smaller packages rather than one large box. Experience shows that smaller, lighter packages are more likely to arrive undamaged than larger, heavier ones. This may result in increased shipping costs which are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship typically the day following receipt of your payment. We leave feedback the day of shipment and ask that you would leave feedback to let us know that you received your item.
