This Conklin Endura fountain pen is about 85 years old, and it is in very nice condition. There are no hairline cracks or small chips and no name or initials engraved.  There is no discoloring.  There is a bit of brassing on the gold clip.

With the cap in place, the pen is 4 1/2" long.

The clip is marked "CONKLIN PAT. MAY 28 - 1918."

The lever is marked "PAT. NOV.17, 1925."

There is an imprint on the barrel that reads "CONKLIN TRADE MARK TOLEDO, OHIO U.S.A. ENDURA."

The 14K gold nib is huge and it feels smooth on paper. It has a fine point and it seems quite flexible. It is marked "SINGER PITTS.  4."

This pen is entirely original and has not been restored or touched up. It will need a new rubber bladder to fill with ink. It is a lever filling pen.
