This model is from Nazareth, PA USA serial numbers are 22229 on the badge and inside the shell as shown. The snare works perfectly and sounds incredible. You will need to tune it to your liking. The heads are basically new. Overall, the snare is in very good looking condition. It does have signs of use and wear-light pitting and dulled areas of chrome, and a few very small dings.The drum looks great regardless. One or two snare wires are slightly bent when the tension is off. All parts are original, as far as I can tell. This is a nice and somewhat rare drum.
