The bottom outside is sheer and the inside is the same material as the bodice. Made out of 100% nylon. It is a size 8, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO MEASUREMENTS - armpit to armpit measures 13 inches, strap to armpit measures 8 inches, waist measures 10 inches and back collar to back hem measures 35 inches. Machine and dryer safe, no iron. Pre-owned, but in great condition, no stains or tears. There are some small snags on the sheer part of the dress but not runs. Item comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
