CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

When shopping with k-gear, 99.99% of potential issues can be resolved simply by letting us know if you experience a problem.  We do our best to avoid potential issues by only buying from trusted US based, brand authorized retailers so we can guarantee authenticity.  We also inspect every item prior to shipment.

We value your opinion and know how important feedback is on the eBay marketplace.  If you have experienced an issue, please contact us through the eBay messaging system so we can quickly address your concerns.  We strive for excellent customer service resulting in positive feedback with each and every buyer.  We also prioritize leaving feedback for all of our buyers.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment.  Our business is based in Idaho, and we are required to collect a 6% state sales tax for items shipped within Idaho.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

We generally ship via the United States Postal Service within the United States.  If any item cannot be shipped to you via USPS for any reason, please contact us prior to making a purchase to arrange an alternative.  All orders require shipment to a physical, confirmed eBay/PayPal address.  If you need an expedited shipping option (at an additional cost) please contact us prior to purchase – we will do our best to accommodate you.

We do not have a storefront and are unable to accommodate local pickups.  We hope that providing fast, free shipping reduces any inconvenience to local buyers.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our preferred method of international shipping is US Postal Service International Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.  These methods are typically fast and include tracking and insurance.

It is our policy to mark ALL international shipment customs forms as “MERCHANDISE” and true sold value. This is international law and NO EXCEPTIONS can be made to this policy. 

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting customs charges.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine if additional costs will apply prior to buying an item.

First Class International is offered to select countries as a method of shipping some lower cost items. This service does NOT include insurance, tracking or guaranteed delivery times.  This is an economical means of shipping smaller, lighter, less expensive items for buyers who are not in a hurry to receive their items.  It generally takes several weeks and should NOT be selected if you require an item to be delivered by a specific date.

We understand international shipping is expensive and are willing to work with international buyers individually for bulk purchases, preferred shipping options, etc. – please contact us with questions PRIOR to purchasing your items. 

RETURNS

We have a 14 day return policy, beginning the date an item is delivered.  We believe this is sufficient time to inspect an item.  Items must be in original condition for return – clean with tags intact and attached and/or in original packaging with paperwork included.  

***Due to changes in eBay's automated return process, we must now charge a 10% restocking fee on ALL returned items.  We are sorry, but we are unable to offer exceptions to this policy.***

 All returns must be pre-authorized, please contact us prior to sending an item back.
