Nice original 1950 issue of:

68th Annual
The Royal Canadian
Henley Regatta
Official Program

The Royal Canadian Henley Regatta started in 1880 in various venues.   In 1903, a section of the old Welland Canal at Port Dalhousie was chosen as the permanent site for this popular sporting competition which is still being held today.

Included in the program are wonderful photos of His Excellency Field Marshall the Right Honourable Viscount Alexander of Tunis and Lady Alexander, St. Catherine's Rowing Club at Port Dalhousie, members of the 1950 City Council, Henely Aquatic Association Limited in Port Dalhousie, View of Port Dalhousie from the air, and Rex Stimers (famous C K T B radio sportscaster) who broadcasted the regatta coast to coast.  The blue insert shown in the 3rd photo is a list of Henley Aquatic Club Supporters & Advertisers.

This 16 page program is in nice condition with no missing or cut-out pages.  The bottom right corner is creased and the spine does have some wear.  Stapled binding is tight.  Insides are clean with no writing, rips or tears.  It measures 11" tall by 8.5" wide.  Please use eBay's photo zoom for further inspection and email any questions.
A great addition to your collection.

Good Luck at the auction!!

 To All Our Valued Buyer's
All of our items up for auction are vintage 70's or older. In other words, they are used and not in brand new condition unless stated, and are described to the best of my ability.  Our items are purchased from private estates so we have no knowledge of the item's "prior life" (if it lived with pets, smokers, how much the item was used or not, etc.).   I admit I do not know everything so please email any specific questions you may have so that neither of us get any surprises during the transaction. Refunds given only for items totally misrepresented and only for the purchase price.   All items shipped USPS mail. We will be happy to combine shipping for multiple auctions when possible -- I'll send you a combined invoice. we do not ship UPS or Fed-Ex. No pick-up's. Payment due 7 days from end of auction. Thank you!
I can not guarantee delivery of foreign packages and will not be held responsible for theft or non-delivery. Items will be sent priority or express depending on value.
