Runs to 176 pages and is beautfully illustrated with the full page colour plates

Unfortunately, it is not in the best condition. The cover is very shabby with scuffs and scrapes and wear to the top and tail of the spine. Marked in places. Internally, the front bracket has split (though the board remains firmly attached) and the front free endpaper is mssing. Some spotting and a crayon mark to the half title page and the first plate page is torn towards the top inside corner - see photoraphs. Thereafter, some fingermarks and foxing here and there and dusty across the page ends. Unfortunately, one of the plates (at page 139) is missing and another 2 have short edge tears. Some plate pages are clean and tidy but some have the odd fingerprint or small mark
