Turn 90 degree clockwise to close contacts, let it go and spring will return key to original position (acts similarly to ignition switch)
Each lock comes with 2 keys and mounting nut only, pictured Washer not included.

Pin connectors are 1/8 in outer diameter.
All keys are different and won't fit the other locks.
