This is genuine Cooper Bussmann branded 11A 1000V fast acting fuse for multimeters. This is the fuse used in many very popular Fluke and Brymen multimeters. It is imported directly from Brymen in Taiwan and is a 100% genuine product used in Brymen's multimeters. Fuse dimensions are 10 x 38mm.
