About - I've been a personal seller on eBay since 2004 and I've 100% feedback. Customer service is important to me; I'm always happy to answer questions, I will try to keep you informed if there are any unavoidable delays and I list items as accurately as possible.
Photos - I do not edit any photos, except to crop and straighten. Please, be aware that depending on the time of day, the light and screen resolutions, actual colour may slightly vary.
Mannequin - Molly mannequin is roughly a UK size 6 -8. Therefore, larger items are clipped at the back to try and recreate the natural form of curves
Payment - Paypal within 3 days of auction ending please. I'll send items upon receipt of fully cleared funds.
Fast dispatch - I always try to dispatch items within 24hrs, despite the eBay listing stating two days. If for any reason this isn't possible due to work of family commitments, I will let you know as soon as possible. If you live locally to me, you're most welcome to collect in person.
Postage - All items are normally sent via Royal Mail or MyHermes depending on the weight and size. Proof of postage is always obtained. Generally, items below £20 will be sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail with proof of postage. Items above £20 will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. If you require 1st Class for a faster service, I'm happy to do so, please message me before purchasing and I will edit the listing to reflect the correct price. .
Postal Days - I can normally post during the week Monday - Friday. I CANNOT POST ON A SATURDAY. I normally head to the post office around 2.45pm, if items have been paid and cleared before this time, I will post the same day.
Environmentally Conscious - I always try and reuse packaging wherever possible.
Returns & Refunds - Sadly, as I'm a private seller, I can not offer refunds.
