This listing is for the purse pen pictured.  It includes the pouch and box. 

This item along with several other vintage Tiffany items was received as a "corporate" gift over the course of a career.   It has been sitting boxed with the others and unused for 10 - 20 years.  So it is labeled for ebay purposed  "New without tags"  but it is more appropriately described as "unused with original packaging".  I see no flaws or defects.  The packing materials/ pouches and boxes in some cases show age and/or shelf-ware.  Please see the pictures provided.  They serve as further description of condition and appearance.  You will get the actual item shown with its packaging.

NOTE.  While new the ink seems to have dried out with time. The ink does not flow.  It will likely need a new ink cartridge / insert.  The one in there now is marked Tiffany & Co. # 305.  It is 4.25" long.
