IMPORTANT: Horizontal lines are NEVER caused by a T-Con board! Horizontal lines are a sign of a failed display (LCD Panel).
We are offering boards that have been pulled and tested in our shop in an actual working TV and are ready to install.

Shipping and Handling
We’re sorry, but we’re currently unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States.
Parts shipped to an Indiana address are subject to a 7% sales tax.
Most items are shipped USPS within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment, and many ship within 24 hours
Please only order by part number. Ordering by model and/or board numbers will result in an incorrect part order in many cases. Often times the numbers on circuit boards are for the boards themselves minus components. A given “Board” can be used in many different sets with different components mounted, jumpers installed, different connectors, and pre programmed instruction sets. Many TV models have multiple versions and can use more than one set of parts and/or panels. If you have any questions, we’ll be glad to assist and it is best to contact us before making your purchase.

Returns & Warranty
We offer a 30 day return policy for all parts we sell.
In the case of DEFECTIVE parts, if we have another part in stock, we will ship it to you at no additional cost upon receipt and testing of the original part sold. If we do not have a replacement part, we will issue a refund upon receipt and testing of the original part sold. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
In the case of parts damaged in transit, the buyer must retain the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can open a claim with the shipping agent. Photos of damaged parts and/or packaging are helpful.
In the case of new / unused / not needed parts, there is a 20% restocking fee. After we receive and test the returned part, we will issue a refund within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Please note that all parts are marked prior to shipment for positive identification.
Please Note: Warranty applies only to defect of material or craftsmanship, not intentional or accidental damage. Parts damaged in transit or by the buyer will not be accepted for return.
