Postage & Packaging


We are a small family run business we aim to package and dispatch your item within 24 hours of receiving your order, (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) but it can take up to 5 working days at peak times especially Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's day etc. So, if you want this item for a specific date please contact us before purchasing to confirm an expected delivery date. All items are shipped either via Royal Mail or another courier as stated in each listing. We will ship worldwide, if your Country is not quoted please contact us for a quote.

Please allow 7 days for delivery within the UK and 21 days for international buyers after receiving your dispatch notice before contacting us to allow for any postal delays.

We work from 8 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

All customs and import charges for buyers purchasing from outside the UK are the responsibility of the Buyer and not us.

Returns

Personalised items are exempt from the distance selling regulations and are therefore not returnable unless faulty on arrival. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
