FREIGHT:  We will gladly accommodate the Buyer’s preferred option, and we will diligently work to facilitate all pick-ups.  Sometimes a crate and pallet job may require a fee and will be disclosed in the original listing.  We are located at a professional business park, and our extensive experience and location can accommodate large freight carriers.

COMBINED SHIPPING:  To receive a combined shipping discount, all items must be paid for at one time in one payment. Please use the “Request an Invoice” option prior to paying, or contact us beforehand to discuss your discount.

SHIPPING:  We ship most items within one business day, which may exclude weekends or holidays, unless otherwise identified.  Oftentimes, we not only ship the very same day, but within hours of your purchase! We have a variety of shipping options, as well as freight options.  Our experience allows us to accommodate large scale, heavy weight items and International Shipping.  All ship-to addresses are taken from eBay, so please verify your shipping address is correct before you complete your payment.  We ship to the address in the eBay transaction only.

If multiple items are purchased, we reserve the right to upgrade or change the method of shipment. For example, purchasing numerous First Class items maybe combined and shipped UPS. We’ll take care of YOU!

USPS SHIPPING:  Please note that First Class Mail does not allow for Real Time Tracking, it only provides a Tracking Number, and may not show it has been accepted at the US Post Office, and will only show as Accepted and a Delivery Confirmation.  Priority Mail has recently become lax, and may also only show at Point of Delivery. However, please note that we monitor each transaction and will stay in close contact with you. 

RETURNS:  Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, following eBay’s recommendation for Top Seller Performance. Buyer Pays for Return.  No refund on Shipping and Handling Fees, unless we made an error or item is broken in transport. 

IN THE EVENT AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED:  PLEASE take pictures and send the pictures to us ASAP!  Do not throw away the item nor it’s packaging, as the shipper may choose to pick up the damaged item and inspect the packaging. Always contact us immediately, and we will work to make you happy! Although we do our due diligent best to make sure your package arrives intact, we cannot guarantee a rogue delivery person won’t be assigned to deliver your package!

RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE:  Unless item has been damaged in shipping, or there is a clear error in description. The refund will be the purchase price, minus the cost of outbound shipping as well as the 15% re-stocking fee.  Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, SO please feel free to use the carrier of your choice and please be sure to package the item well for return shipping. 

Once item is returned, and upon Inspection, refund will be issued.  

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping can take up to 30 days to some countries.  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
