PayPal is the only method of payment we accept at this time. PayPal is fast and easy to use. You do not need a PayPal account to use their services, all you need is a credit card. They also allow you to make bank wire payments, also referred to as e-checks, but these may take a couple days to clear off and you would also have to open an account with them.

DOMESTIC ORDERS 

We at Terashack will choose the best shipping method for your order—generally USPS First Class. Depending on the order, we may choose expedited shipping or FedEx Home Delivery at no extra charge.

• Standard Shipping is FREE and available within the United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, all major U.S. protectorates and territories or to APO/FPO addresses with tracking numbers included on all orders. 
• You can expect your order to arrive within 14 business days if shipped to the contiguous U.S.
• Domestic customers outside the contiguous 48 states, please allow extra time.
• You may wish to choose Priority or Expedited Shipping for an extra $3.99. 

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, you can send back your UNOPENED items within 30 days for a replacement or for a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the item it's being returned because it's damaged or defective, you may return it FREE of charge within 30 days for a replacement or for a full refund. Manufacturer warranty comes in place after 30 days have passed.
