Engraving is only on one side. Please observe the maximum character limits for each size. All graphics use 4 characters and spaces use 1 character. Please see the photos in the listing for the choice of font (Helvetica, Kazuka, Tekton Pro, Comic Sans).

SPLIT RINGS
Each Tag or Keyring comes complete with a high quality, UK made split ring, these split rings are more expensive and less susceptible to stretching than cheap Chinese ones.

DELIVERY
All UK orders are shipped in a jiffy bag on a Royal Mail 48 hour service, with proof of delivery. Please note that we can not guarantee actual delivery times, once the item has been handed to Royal Mail. The current Covid position is causing details.
THE LAW
In the UK, the law states that all dogs are to be microchipped and have an identification tag. The tag should contain the owners surname, address and telephone number. A house number and postcode is enough for the address.

Please note that the character limits and format is in place for a reason. If we receive engraving details that do not follow the required format and limits, we will adjust at our discretion. We will NOT be held responsible for errors in the engraving or dissatisfaction caused by incorrectly formatted engraving details, or engraving details over the maximum character limits.
