All items, New or Used, are sold on an “AS-IS” basis. Electronic items are tested for intended design and function unless noted as being sold for repair or parts. See below for conditions where returns are allowed.

Payment Terms

Payment for items using the BUY IT NOW option is due within 48 hours after auction ends. Pay Pal E-Checks are NOT accepted on BUY IT NOW purchases. Please use PayPal to pay using existing funds, funds in accounts linked to PayPal, or any major Credit Card accepted by PayPal.  

*Payment for Multiple item purchases using the Buy It Now option , is due within 48 hours after the FIRST item purchased, and only includes items purchased using Buy It Now within 24 hours of the first purchase and may include any auction items won that also end within that same 24 hour period. Auctions that end after the 24 hour period, and items purchased using Buy It now after the 24 hour period expires are not eligible to be included on that order. However, buyer may request that entire order be held until all auctions and purchases are complete.  A modified shipping discount will be made offered to include all items but payment for the first items ordered are still due within the 48 hours after the first Buy It Now purchase is made and confirmed by buyer.    

Payment for Auction Items are due within 7 calendar* days after auction ends. Pay Pal E-Checks are accepted on all 7 DAY auction purchases (including International) and MUST be set up within 24 hours after auction ends. Items paid for, using E-checks, will be held for up to 2 business days after funds have physically been transferred to our account. Transfers that occur after closing, are considered paid the next business day. For more specific policies regarding E-Check Payments, contact seller no later than 6 hours prior to scheduled end of listing.

ALL BUYERS: If you intend to intend to pay using PayPal E-Check, please contact and inform seller prior to auction end so we can turn off the automatic Payment Reminder. You will only receive reminders if the payment hasn’t been transferred by the end of the 6th day after the auction ends.

*Calendar days and Business days are not the same.  Business days/hours are  M – F;  8 AM – 9 PM Pacific Time (also open Saturdays 9 AM – 5 PM between Thanksgiving and Christmas) Payment deadlines that fall on a non-business day, are still due that day, even if it is a  weekend or US Holiday.

Shipping Options

  THIS ITEM’S DEFAULT SHIPPING METHOD IS VIA  USPS PARCEL SELECT MAIL   


Navigate to shipping to determine which options are available to you. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express upgrade options are available.  Other shipping methods may be available. Contact us prior to end of sale for any costs associated with your desired shipping method, if it is not included in the listing.

We use USPS on most items. Heavier/larger items may ship via UPS or FEDEX. Depending on package dimensions, weight, and delivery distance from Auburn, Washington. USPS Retail Ground can be too expensive and thus UPS or FED-EX HOME (Ground Service))  will be used, when applicable.

We are NOT a Drop Shipper (a warehouse that ships items for seller) and we DO NOT use DHL eCommerce, FedEx SmartPost, or UPS Mail Innovations, as items shipped Media Mail through any of the above take 2 – 4 days longer to arrive and still end up delivered by the USPS. We may, at times, use UPS SurePost for non-media items. You will be notified if UPS Surepost is used, and the item may still be delivered by the USPS.

WE RECYCLE.

Please note that your order may be shipped to you using previously used packing material. This may include the shipping envelope or container. This helps us keep costs as low as possible.

All items ship within 2 business days after payment is confirmed when received by 9 PM Pacific Time. Smaller items may be processed and shipped the next business day but large/heavy items and International Orders are sent the 2nd business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, except during the holidays. During the Christmas Holiday season, our handling time for all domestic services is 1 business day. 

Items paid after closing time, are considered paid the next business day.  Items paid for between 9 PM Thursdays -  5 PM Saturdays, will be shipped the following Monday*

*If a holiday or holiday observance by USPS or any other carrier occurs during the 2 day handling period, the order will ship the following business day after regular service resumes.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TRACKING

All Domestic and some International packages that are at least 1/4 inches thick, shipped by Mezcal28, will include Delivery Confirmation Tracking provided by the carrier. Items not measuring 1/4 inch  thick will not include Delivery Confirmation as they do not meet the minimum criteria for that service. 

SHIPPING POLICIES

We prefer to ship to addresses confirmed by eBay/Pay-Pal. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct. Buyer is responsible for items returned and to pay for the items to be re-shipped if an incorrect address is supplied during initial purchase. If a different shipping address is necessary (moving, purchased as gift), please change the delivery address prior to sending payment or contact us using the method described below. If you need to change the delivery address, or change delivery method, you may request a change by contacting us through eBay.

PLEASE NOTE: Items shipped to changed addresses or unconfirmed addresses on PayPal are not  protected by PayPal’s program regarding packages sent to confirmed addresses.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND SHIPPING CREDIT REFUNDS.

**NEW POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATIONS**

Orders canceled by Ebay or Mezcal28 due to non payment after 10 days may result in a non-paying bidder warning.

All other cancellations are approved/denied on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations after item has been paid for will result in a 20% restocking fee unless the item has already shipped. If the item has shipped, cancellation will not be allowed. We ship within 2 business days,that does not mean you have 2 days to cancel as sometimes we ship the next day. All paid orders are held a minimum of 4 hours before being transferred to our pre-ship area. This allows for buyers to add orders or change their shipping methods 

Returns are only accepted when we ship the wrong item. Buyer must contact us within 10 calendar days/, after receipt of wrong item, for an RMA number. (see below). The correct item will be sent to you using the original shipping method AFTER the incorrect item is received by Mezcal28 or a full refund will be issued, buyer’s choice. Items returned without RMA will be held in accordance with the conditions for unauthorized returns.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Items returned for any of the following reasons are considered unauthorized: RMA not requested or not requested within 10 calendar days from buyer receipt of item. Item returned as undeliverable or non-forwardable, items unopened/refused or items designated by carrier with Postage Due when return postage is paid for by the buyer.  Items returned under any of these conditions, with exception of, non deliverable/forwardable, will be considered abandoned and No Refunds will be granted. Items opened but returned from buyer, requiring postage due will not be claimed by mezcal28 and may be returned to buyer for postage due by the carrier. Items returned with incorrect addresses, will be held for 7 business days for buyer to send corrected address and remit the required postage necessary to resend the item. Items originally sent with Free Shipping, the re-shipping cost will also have to be paid for by the buyer.
