Return - Any defective item occurs, please contact us immediately within 3 days shipment delivery. We required any defect item's photo/reason before processing with return procedure.
Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, we will assign a RMA# and the return shipping address.
We offer 14 day return policy on items not wanted with NOT USE condition and original package ship back. Buyer pays return shipping cost. Please use a traceable method of shipping as we can't be responsible for any lost items. Refunds usually will be processed within 24 to 48 hours when receive of the items.

For shipments to California addresses, we are required by State law to
collect applicable Sales Tax.
Shipping
Order will process and arrange after payment is clear (business day Monday -
Friday), minus holidays during the week.
Orders placed over the weekend (before Sunday at 2: 00 PM PST) should ship
on Monday. Please allow 2-3 business days for POS Terminal exam and test completed before process ship out.
We ship to all 50 states, Military APO & FPO, and Puerto Rico with extra
shipping fee. If shipping to another
country, we do not pay import fees, VAT, duties, etc.; the buyer is responsible
for all the fees.
Shipping errors due to a bad address entered by the buyer will not be refunded
for shipping charges if returned or lost or abandoned by the carrier. We attach the tracking information within 24
hours after the order leaves our warehouse right on the order within your
account. Orders placed by 2:00PM PST
should ship the next business day and orders placed after 2:30 PM PST will ship
the 2nd business day.
