"Cone Size" refers to the diameter and length of the spike, respectively.  So for example if you select 14g/32mm/4x12mm, you will receive a 14g barbell with a 32mm wearable length, the spike will be 4mm in diameter and 12mm in length

Millimeter to inches conversion:
6mm = 1/4"
8mm = 5/16"
10mm = 3/8"
11mm = 7/16"
12mm = 1/2"
14mm = 9/16"
