Order Cancellations/Change of Address:

·         Please make sure you are buying the item you need and that the address you have on file on eBay as your ship to address is correct. Once the item is shipped out we are not able to cancel it or change the address on it. Your message is handled in the order it is received and generally our response time is 24 hours. It is possible that your order will be sent out before your message is handled.

Returns / Exchange/ Concerns:

·         All sale are final and there will be no return will offered. The item can be only be returned for a partial refund.

·         All returns must be in original packaging and in new condition. Returns must NOT have been assembled at any point. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. A 20% handling / restocking fee may be charged from time of order.

·         If the item is defective and there is a similar item in stock, the item can be exchanged for another item without handling /restocking fee. However, buyer is responsible for return shipping.
