We use tracking on all freight organised through us.
Not all Freight suppliers insure the goods they carry. We recommend separate Transit cover for your shipment if required. Just Ask!

We sell ECB product through several selling platforms. Sometimes our stock levels vary due to recent sales. We work hard to keep our advertised stock levels accurate. Returns: We only accept returns on items incorrectly supplied by us.
Orders made by you of the wrong bar are not returnable.
Damage in transit is not claimable from us. (transit insurance paid by you is required for damage claims) No exceptions.
If a return is accepted under special circumstances a return fee of 50% and re packing fees apply. Return freight is to be pre paid by you.
