Canada and Europe - PLEASE NOTE: 1 CD orders will be shipped in a CD case; 2 or more CDs in an order will be shipped WITHOUT cases (well protected in plastic sleeves with cardboard backing). I have shipped this way for over 24 years to Canada and Europe.  Since US Postal rates have increased to Europe and Canada in 2018, shipping CDs without cases is the most economical.  If you want your CDs shipped WITH cases, please contact me (there will be additional shipping charge).
