I am selling this lens for a friend so I do not know much about it.  I don’t have a Phase One camera to test it on.  Overall very clean and smooth except for very light scratch on front element that seems to be just the coating as you can see from the side view there is no indentation on the glass surface. 

Comes with front and rear caps and hood but no box.
