- If you are not a technician that works on vintage electronics, please have a technician look over and repair this item before using it, like any vintage electronics could cause fires if improperly plugged in.

- All tubes are tested on a calibrated TV7 D/U tester and tested very good to strong as decribed. Your testers readings may vary from mine if retesting. All tubes shipped will ship priority mail or priority mail international with insurance and tracking.

- All Electronics are as described. I am not an electronics technician, The items i sell are usually vintage, 30 plus years old, and in need of some kind of repair. Any repairs that may be needed to bring the sold item up to full working condition is the full responsability of the buyer.

- I do not declair lower values and state as gift for customs purposes, so please do not ask.

- All extra customs fees and charges for importing ebay items to the buyers country are the full responsability of the buyer

- I do not cancel sales for hardship, if you buy, you must pay, I will only concider refunds if item is not as described. If i do cancel a sale, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and the buyer will pay return shipping.

- If a buyer askes for a refund and the refund is granted because the buyer made a mistake, and the item is not what they thought is was, return shipping will be the responsability of the buyer.
