WHEN PLACING AN ORDER:

We are ONLY able to ship to the address given on your paypal payment. If you request an address change we will need to refund your payment and have you resubmit with the correct shipping information. Items will be shipped via USPS or Fedex (at our discretion). Tracking/Delivery confirmation is provided with ALL purchases. Shipping of Larger/higher priced items may require a physical shipping address as Fedex does not deliver to PO/APO/FPO Boxes. Some items may be shipped Fedex Signature Required

 We ship internationally by USPS Priority Mail International ONLY (We aim to deliver between 7-60 working days depending on location). We may choose to exclude certain locations if Priority Mail service is not available (We have recently had to exclude Russia and Ukraine). We are also NOT able to mark purchases as a gift or at a lower value than purchase price. Foreign shipping: Request a quote prior to bidding.

Brand New - Item never been removed from original factory sealed package.

 New - Item That has never been used, box may have been opened.

Excellent - Item that may have been used but shows little signs of wear

Used - Used item that shows signs of wear.

Well Used - Used item that shows heavy wear

AS-IS - Means the product is either damaged or failed our testing.

 We do not attempt any repair of such and sell it "AS-IS" This product is not eligible for return for any reason. We try to accurately describe the conditions present during testing. However this does not guarantee you the same results.

What if my item does not fit?

We are always happy to accept returns for items that do not fit, as we understand shopping for clothing online can be difficult. Please see our return policy for additional information.

 Is this item authentic?

 Yes, all of the items that we sell, both in our retail stores and online, are GUARANTEED to be 100% Authentic. There are times that tags etc may vary from something you have seen in another store as we do specialize in discontinued, end of season (last years models) and overstock merchandise.

Will you ship this item to my international destination?

We are more than happy to ship any of our clothing items Internationally, however electronic & misc items will only be shipped within the US. Shipping costs are stated within our listing, please check the cost or contact us for cost prior to purchase. These costs DO NOT include Customs fees/duties. We have recently had to exclude some international locations as Priority International Mail is no longer available to those destinations(this includes Russia, Ukraine and a few others at this time).

 Do you combine shipping?

 Yes, we do offer combined shipping for multiple items that are paid for at the same time. In some cases if you have paid for multiple items separately, we may combine the orders together to save on shipping/packaging cost. For any items that do not offer free shipping, such as international orders, we do offer combined shipping discounts.
